"We toured Solstice Senior Living at Clovis, and my mother-in-law loved the balconies. She has two little dogs, so she liked having a balcony. They supply a refrigerator. Jessica was good and very thorough. She arranged for us to see apartments with tenants, and she knew everybody. They include three meals a day."
